Private Trustee
I am available for nomination and service as primary Private Trustee or Successor Private Trustee for Revocable Living Trusts with $500,000 or more of net Trust Assets when suitable relatives, friends or trusted business associates are unavailable to serve.
When Trust Settlors have passed, I administer Revocable Living Trusts by gathering Trust Assets, retaining experts to quiet title to them when necessary, making distributions, arranging for final tax returns, and winding up and terminating those Trusts.
I limit my Private Trustee services to Revocable Living Trusts. I do not serve Conservatorships or Special Needs Trusts.
Before becoming a Private Trustee, as an estate planning attorney I was rated AV-Pre-eminent by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating possible) for the last 23 consecutive years. As a Member licensed by the State Bar of California, I am entitled to serve as a Private Professional Trustee.
