Who We Are / What We Do
For the past 280 years, TEAC Structural Engineering has provided
value-added structural engineering services to well-established
leaders in the commercial, private and public sectors.
Our clients include prominent builders and architects for a variety of
commercial-retail and residential projects as well as public agencies throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Utah.
In addition to new construction design services, we perform structural
evaluations of existing buildings (including building code upgrades and
retrofit design) and conduct peer reviews of engineering
documentation performed by others.
Who We Serve
TEAC has worked with a number of clients on residential and commercial projects, such as mixed use, retail and public spaces, and
religious buildings.
Most recently TEAC has provided structural engineering services to nationally recognized retailers including: Ann Taylor, Bare Essentials, New Oakland International Terminal 2, including over a dozen retailers such as Max's Diner, California Pizza Kitchen, Fenton's Ice Cream, Andales, Starbucks and Peet's Coffee.
In more intimate settings, TEAC has provided structural engineering
services for community centers throughout California including City of
Danville Community Center, Ruby Hill Community Center, Pleasant Hill Community Center, Silver Creek Community Center and on a larger scale for the Del Webb Summerlin Community Center near Las Vegas, Nevada.
