"Katie catered my daughter's wedding in September and her food was amazing. We customized a BBQ themed menu based on the tasting that she conducted in my daughter's home. We loved the meats so much that we decided to have all three - beef, pork and chicken. The display that she used on the buffet table matched the rustic theme of the wedding perfectly. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the food. People returned to the buffet table so many times that there was barely anything left to take home for my daughter and her husband. Katie was there to personally serve the food and manage the clean up. She also worked with us to keep our costs in budget. I would highly recommend her and know that you won't be disappointed."
