Cashews have always been my favorite go-to snack. I started creating various flavored nuts as little ‘thank you’ gifts. They were a hit and pretty soon others wanted to know when I’d be making more. I’ve always enjoyed cooking, so when my daughter and son went off to college, I decided to turn my cashew passion into a business.
