Rates are already filed for 2021 and I would bet the carriers will get some funds from the Feds regarding COVID treatment and testing.  I have noticed the increase in life insurance sales and underwriting making it easier for people to get approved right now. It depends on the size, industry, and business growth plans.  If you aren't planning to add staff to grow your business, use the flexibility to choose between traditional and alternative health plan options for yourself and your family. Your broker should be assisting you with all benefits compliance concerns.  This should be part of your annual renewal process at the minimum if not more as the business needs generate additional staffing. No, but you have a 60-day window for a major medical plan with ACA provisions, COBRA or depending on your state and your families overall health, alternative options that may be available to you.
