I have represented disabled people for over 47 years.  In 2007 my practice expanded to include representation of Veterans who needed to appeal adverse VA decisions on their claims for a service-connected disability.  In 2022 I have chosen to limit my practice to the representation of Veterans appealing VA decisions on their disability claims.  My greatest successes have been with Veterans suffering from mental impairments and or Veterans who are no longer able to work due to their service-connected disability.  This is a contingency-fee practice -- the Veteran-client must win retroactive benefits (and usually new benefits going forward) before I am paid a fee.  Consultations are free.
