We arrive to inspect homes with all the basics in, a mask, six feet away from anyone, etc.  We also  sign waivers that Howson-Spec will not sue in order to fully do our job, which is fine.  What's interesting is that the people in California are buying and selling homes throughout this Covid-19 issue at a brisk rate.  Life and the need for homes for families continues which is very heartening.
