Becoming the expert at one or two things will produce better results then trying to market everything to every one. I wish I knew that Workers Compensation would be the one solution that really sets us apart from other agencies. After 20 years of solution selling at Xerox I had no idea the same practice could be applied successfully in the commercial insurance business. Now I see how selling benefits instead of features can really differentiate me in marketing my insurance solutions.
