I work with people who struggle with shoulder or back pain and together we work to reduce or eliminate their pain without surgery or drugs.
I believe in working with the body as an integrated whole rather than isolated body parts. If you are looking for relief from pain, better posture, more core strength or increased flexibility I will help you to transform yourself from the ground up and the inside out by creating a program tailored to you to your needs.
Total Body Wisdom will help you eliminate the root cause of the problem instead of putting a band-aid on it. My passion in life is to help people become pain-free, so they an return to their favorite activities and feel good in their bodies again.
I also specialize in creating fitness programs for people 50 and over as well as creating programs for those who travel frequently.
I began teaching yoga many years ago and I moved towards working with people who experienced shoulder pain. I studied Thai Yoga Massage, became certified in T.R.E. (a stress releasing technique) and studied all manner of subjects that I could add to my personal mix of helping people. My mission is to people get back to doing what they love.
