Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is a full 8-hour, 3-year certification course. The goal of this course is to recognize and offer mental health first aid to your customers/fellow staff who may be experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorder, or Psychosis. This course is offered at Life Link Training Institute or your place of business. If coming to your business, we suggest a minimum of 12 participants, with no more than 30 at a time.
