About Us

Steven Evensen, CFP®, is an Investment Advisor Representative with Gerber Kawasaki, where he specializes in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. Steven has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by individuals with equity compensation, as well as entrepreneurs building their businesses. His goal is to simplify personal finance, relieve stress for his clients, and free up their time to focus on what they are most passionate about.

How We Got Started

Steven’s journey into the financial world began in college, where he initially knew little about personal finance. After facing and overcoming many common financial challenges himself, he became determined to master the subject. His passion for finance quickly grew, leading him to spearhead multiple campus organizations aimed at helping fellow students build their financial literacy. Steven’s career has since taken him through some of the largest financial institutions in the world, including Vanguard and Charles Schwab, before he found his place at Gerber Kawasaki.
