As a lifelong resident of Sonoma County, I’ve witnessed the region’s growth and transformation across its urban and rural landscapes. My journey into real estate began in 2002, inspired by conversations with appraisers. In 2005, I obtained my appraiser trainee license, and after a couple of years of hands-on experience as an appraiser assistant, I became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. In 2012, I launched my own business, Solid Foundation Appraisals, conducting 160 to 250 appraisals annually across Sonoma and Marin counties. This work has given me an in-depth understanding of the local market and neighborhoods.
Although my appraisal business thrived, I realized I missed connecting directly with people. Encouraged by a friend, I pursued my real estate sales license to merge my market expertise with a more personal approach. Today, as a Realtor with Navigate RE, I’m passionate about helping clients find their perfect homes, whether they’re first-time buyers, downsizing, relocating, or investing. My approach is rooted in building strong relationships to understand each client’s unique goals. Outside of work, I cherish time with family and friends and find balance in the great outdoors. Whether hiking, running, biking, or camping, these activities keep me grounded and inspired.
