User experience design, service design and interaction design. Trained in HCI at University of Michigan and worked for Cisco, Pivotal Labs and many other companies in the Bay Area and abroad. Spent 3 years in Thailand and worked with companies in India, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Malaysia.
