Kudos to you for your commitment to your business, and for asking a great question. Your question touches on two things: how to expand your reach to attract new customers, and how to delight existing customers. And, to increase your profits in the process - not cut into them.

Kudos to you for your commitment to your business, and for asking a great question. Your question touches on two things: how to expand your reach to attract new customers, and how to delight existing customers. And, to increase your profits in the process - not cut into them.
Advice from coaches is spot on, your opportunity is not tied to a discount strategy.
Q: Do you have an email list of your customers, and/or a mailing list? Mobile numbers to text?
Q: Do you have a physical store?
I'm going to suggest something based on a yes response to both questions.
One promotion you could consider is to entice customers to bring a friend.
Ideas:
Offer a photo opp with you, use a photo app and autograph the photo, text it immediately to both of them.
Offer a gift (something low cost but fun such as a sparkly lip gloss, etc.)
Partner with one of your suppliers and/or a complementary business (salon? spa? attorney? financial planner? mortgage broker? real estate agent?) who wants to reach your customers - and have them provide the gift.
Make it an open house, serve punch, etc. Offer masks and keep it distant.
Seek to make your store a destination and focus on building an enduring personal brand in the community around your business. Play off your personality strengths and show up 100%.
