About Us
DOUBLE VISION INTERIORS is a full service interior decorating firm. We were just honored my SRQ Magazine as one of the top 3 Designers in Sarasota. We design interiors for our client's individual needs and lifestyle, not by passing trends. Identical twins, Denice Peoples and Donna McKee, have done home remodeling and design for both residential and staging for resale for almost 2 decades. The "Girls" are well known for being resourceful and innovative.
We believe that good design should be within everyone's financial reach.
Donna and Denice have designed Showcase homes with large budgets and Habitat for Humanity homes, on little to no budget.
Redesign using "old" or treasured pieces and incorporating newer pieces is a special gift that they have. Interior design using this approach allows us to create unique living and working environments based on your requirements, which makes each and every project completely different from the next. We can turn your ideas into reality.

Denice is our resident expert on furniture. She worked in the industry for more than 10 years and enjoys finding just the right pieces.

Seventeen years ago before we were in business, our church asked us to decorate the new church office space. Donna and I agreed and had a few friends help us out and did not charge because we did it for God and our church. After the space was done, someone came in to the office and asked if whoever did the office could do their new space of 10 offices. We happily did that...a few weeks later the woman who hired us to do the office space asked if we could help her with her home. Donna and I looked at each other and said..."I guess we are in business", "what do we charge" and "what do we name our company?" That was the beginning of a great relationship with our first client that lead to us being great friends today and our business has been growing ever since. We thank God every day for putting us in business!

We have done most of our business thru word of mouth and referrals. I would try to connect with lighting stores and possibly network yourself thru networking groups. Yes we do. We have done this a lot with others in the past, we do all kinds of window treatments, painting and color selection, furniture selection and complete remodels. We will pay cash to any referral leading to us doing business with a client.

We have never spent money on advertising. Word of mouth is the best form for us. We have also been involved in a lot of philanthropic work which is so gratifying and gets us out in the community. We do have a Facebook page that we try to keep up with.
