Then create your personal brand, be consistent across your marketing platforms, clear with your message, and constantly on social media fine tuning your message. Networking, like Steve said, is best. Get out and talk to people face to face. For finding buyers, classic advertising and social media work best. Consider doing monthly workshops on real estate topics to attract contacts and build your group email list.
