First off is always make sure you are in the groove, meaning knowing what type of travel ideas the business you are talking to would be interested in. Chef/Restaurants might be looking for 2 weeks in France touring operations there. Get interviewed on radio, TV, podcast etc. In fact having your own show or a segment on another show is the best way on radio. Radio and podcasts can be the best way to be heard as they can be taken anywhere and listen to in the gym, mowing the grass etc. Have a chat with Katie O'Neal, program director for REN Broadcasting, she might be able to suggest more ideas.
