My cooking is deeply rooted in the bounty of the Hudson Valley—because, in my opinion, it’s home to some of the best produce in the country. I build each menu around what’s fresh, local, and in season, turning ingredients into vibrant, thoughtful dishes that tell a story.

Every event I take on—whether it’s an intimate dinner, a lavish celebration, or a weekend retreat—is tailored with care, style, and precision. I travel often and love bringing my work to new places, serving clients throughout the tri-state area, Rhode Island, Vermont, Florida, and beyond.
