I try to find something personal for the client to let them know I've listened to their needs and been paying attention. Recently, a client had mentioned he was going to have to buy new pots and pans for his new, large kitchen due to having to give away lots of their kitchen ware because they'd been renting a small apartment. The closing gift was nice large frying pan to jump start his new kitchenware.
