Business relationships are essential building blocks on the road to business success. this is true in a minimum of two ways:
A. Clearly, if another business man refers a client to you, generally it means business and income , those driving forces that keep businesses in the black. This benefit is obvious to all and
B. The benefit that you derive from providing your client with a resource that otherwise may have been difficult for your client. In turn, the referring professional will likely go out of his or her way to impress your client. Your client is grateful to your for accessing this important resource for him or her and the referring professional has geometrically expanded his desire to return a referral to you.
C. You experience the above two independent benefits and it did not require a great deal of your time , energy and money.
Sounds to me like referring a friend or client to a reputable professional works great for all concerned.

Although I do not practice law your state, I think the practical answer may suit you better than the legal answer. It seems that your tenant is willing to cooperate but lacks the funds needed to do so. If I were in your proverbial shoes, I think I would arrange to have the vehicle towed for the shortest distance needed to allow the workers to complete the task at hand. I know that this is an extra expense to you but it keeps the sale in place and allows the maintenance and rehab work to continue.
Although I am an attorney, I practice only in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Best of luck whatever you decide.

As an attorney, I would like to think that the services we provide could be competently provided by other law firms as well. Accordingly, we strive to distinguish our law firm from others by doing the little things to show the clients that we genuinely appreciate their business. We do that by sending out brief ,personalized letters at the conclusion of the representation. Further, if the situation is appropriate, i will make a personal call to see how they feel about the experience assuming that the legal matter had some challenging aspects. For a more perfunctory representation, the personal call would , in my opinion, appear unusual to the client.
During the particular representation, I will periodically remind the client that our firm serves him or her as a legal resource and that all relevant decisions belong to the client.
Lastly, at all times the staff is most personable. Many clients have little or no prior experience with attorneys and feel that it may be an intimidating experience. Through pleasantries and straightforward language ( avoiding legalise ) we try to reduce or eliminate any intimidation.

If the Domain in question is something like " William R. Harrison, Attorney At Law" and no attorney by the name of William R. Harrison had so contracted with the Domain carrier, I would agree that a CAUSE OF ACTION may accrue under the theory that this Domain carrier is financially benefitting from the use of a particular name of ( his ) non-client. It would seem to me to approach this issue by filing a Complaint mandating that this Domian carrier either:
( abandon his/her entitlement to the domain name; or
document, with specificity , the rational basis for him/her to use such a specific name.
In the altenative, if the name in question were something like " Wright Real Estate", the fact that another individual could assert similarity in name and profession, I do not think your case would ultimately succeed.
Hope this helps a bit.
