I pay as needed as I get charged $250 for support. Was paying $250/month for software support but I found it wasn’t paying for me. If you have computer issues often, a monthly fee may be better if you so choose.

Hi Dr. Handler. I am curious what was being offered for $250/mo. Going for ad hoc / as needed work seems to be pretty common otherwise.
