I understand how you can love your job so much that you're willing to put up with a lot.  

That said, if you're writing in here for advice, it seems to me, you really are seeking validation of your perspective. I'll validate the one that says it's time to work in an environment that's emotionally, professionally and physically healthy. Time to shift.
