Tell them I am here to learn about them and there business - not to sell anything unless it comes up. They look at me like I am nuts and by the time we are done we are laughing and we find out a lot about each other. Usually a small sale was made and a relationship built for later. We still need to small business and we need to support them. I know for sure customer service has gone away especially from the big guys. But call on the small business and customer service is usually still there. They need to do it to draw in the customers. I know I would rather deal with...
