Ray is a MBA/CPA and is looking for Financial Consultant and/or Part-Time CFO opportunities in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Ray is confident that his broad range of experience and extensive exposure to both large and small companies(including several start-up ventures), that have been privately owned as well as public, would be of great value to potential clients.

Ray's skill set in business includes--- business model & investor deck preparations, cash forecasting models, work flow analysis, business dashboard & scorecard metrics, and preparing loan application packages, as well as exposure to all types of financings including Convertible Debt, Warrants, Options, Promissory Notes, Straight Equity, as well as any and all financial special projects.

Ray has had extensive M&A experience(over 25 transactions) on both the buy and sell side that may also be valuable.
