High end luxury home interior design from a one room remodel to full scale new construction homes. I enjoy working closely with my clients and also as a team with builders and architects. I value my clients and listen to their wants and needs to create interior and exterior spaces that thrill them each time the enter the space.
How We Got Started
Deborah Studied Interior Design at the University of Illinois.
After living in Europe for 11 years she returned to Scottsdale and graduated from Scottsdale Community College. After working with the most respected interior designer in Scottsdale for 8 years, Carol Minchew, she launched Samartzis Minchew Design upon her mentor's retirement. Deborah has been creating beautiful homes since 2000.

If a client is taking longer than they should to pay a large bill, I set up a meeting to show them something they wanted me to do for them and bring the overdue invoices with me to remind them that these items are done and I ask for payment right there before we get started on new items. Being face to face reminds them that they love my personalized service and they need to take care of their commitments to me so that I can provide them with the best service possible. I understand that it's not always possible to meet with a client and it takes time, but if the sum of money is binding up my cashflow, the trip is worth it and I usually get more business out of it as well!
