I would divide it between better employee relations an marketing systems. I want me people to treat my customers like they want to be and are treated.

All the time work depending on who is hosting the meetings. try your various groups the you belong to and see which one is the most productive.

In my experience if you are just looking for anyone as a client you make it harder to grow but if you pick a vertical i.e. CPA's, Dr, Small Mfg, Etc. you can become an expert in the needs of that vertical and you can define the market you are going after quite easily and quickly. I also use...
