My business is AV Transfer. I take most forms of media and digitize to your needs. LP's, cassettes, 1/4' reel to reel, VHS, Hi-8, DVCAM, 8mm film. How We Got Started
Since my teens I've made mix tapes for friends and family, then I managed to parlay that into a 20 year career at major film studios in LA, giving me the kind of analog and digital experience not many get to enjoy. I bring that expertise, dedication and enthusiasm to AV Transfer.

Boom. Personally I had a great year. It turns out many businesses feel our paper brings them to the audience they're looking for. Print media is not dead, at least our alt-weekly is thriving. It's been very satisfying.

Dollars spent with corporations like Amazon hoover the cash relentlessly and remorselessly.
My current business is doing fine, my first business i wish i knew more about, and had a budget for, marketing because that's why it wasn't as successful as it could have been.

92.3 KRST....the best damn rock station, the best damn DJ's, really smart play lists for the above average listener. the last song played was The Doors "The End" and then went freakin country straight up 12:01am. It was a sad moment for all, end of an era.

paid ads on Facebook? that has generated likes, i can't say that it's generated revenue but then, if business has increased, you might consider that it has. often, people don't remember exactly the seed idea that drove them to your door. i'm a believer in having more than one iron in the fire and...

If someone says they found you online...what does that mean? Google search? Yelp? FB? how did they come across your name to look up in the first place? Facebook ads are inexpensive overall, just ensure that your demographics are set properly
I think silencing phones is the one basic requirement. We're in a day and age now where instant access is part of the game, so i wouldn't deny someone the ability to connect with the outside world however I would require them to be cool about it. A meeting is for a reason and demands one pays...

What are you getting for that lower price? sometimes, you get what you pay for an the comparison is like apples to oranges. if it's for the same exact service, there's room for negotiation, i'm fond of saying "yes, and..." and honor that deal if i get something in return. i'm in advertising so it...
