Home Inspection Expert and Flood Consultant

I’m Julie Beller and I am an experienced home inspector in Seattle and the surrounding area. I have inspected over 12,000 homes and buildings since 1996 ranging from 1908 construction to new construction. I am also a flood consultant and published author. My book is called, Show Me The Flood Money and it's a "how to book" on receiving funding and aid pre and post flood. I was FEMA disaster inspector after Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Wilma and Hurricane Gustav. I was an insurance adjuster in Texas after Hurricane Ike. I was the floodplain management coordinator for the State of Florida working with FEMA after Hurricane Irma. I've given over 100 training classes and presentations to first time home buyers, home inspectors, real estate agents, lenders, engineers, surveyors, and public officials.

I started in Seattle WA. in 1996 and grew from there!
