How We Got Started

I started creating images professionally in the late 1970s when I was seventeen years old photographing live performances by bands such as Queen, Crosby Still & Nash, ELP, etc. I later began creating headshots for actors and musicians. Throughout my career as a musician, actor, audio engineer, and then management for a Fortune 500 company, photography always played a part in my life both professionally and as a passion. I returned to photography full time in 2014 with a focus on helping businesses and freelancers up their marketing game and increase their revenue.

I've made some great connections meeting people via Zoom or for a latte, I'm open to meeting with anyone in this community who would like to connect!

Being a commercial photographer, most of the businesses I support are having their employees work from home. That has caused cancellations and indefinite delays that have severely impacted my business. In the meantime, financial assistance is necessary for business continuance.

Having lost almost 80% of my business due to Covid, I'm hoping that my use of the extra time to refine my business model, focus my services, and revamp my approach to marketing will pay off in 2021. Asking them the right questions, listening to their concerns, understanding any emotional connection they may have to the work you're going to do for them, etc. A lot of people aren't used to getting that kind of attention and it immediately makes them listened to and cared for. Then you back it up by following through and, hopefully, exceeding their expectations.
