Dryer vent cleaning (Dryer vent cleaning for this package limited to up to 20 feet long and 1st or 2nd floor and no more than 12 feet from ground.)

Small dryer duct repair will cost an extra of $50-$99

dryer vent that need to move a birds nest will be cost an extra $125 on the top of any service we provide.

A dryer vent longer than 20 feet or higher than 12 feet or one that requires disassembly/assembly or entrance to the attic or to the roof itself will cost an extra of $99-$125

A dryer vent cleaning request a cleaning from underneath the deck will be cost an extra of $99

A dryer vent that in order to clean it, it is necessary to move the stackable washer-dryer unit out of the niche because there is no access to clean it from the outside will be cost an extra of $149

Extra cold air return cleaning if needed will cost $75-$99 per unit.

The cleaning includes the entire length of the bathroom exhaust vent, exhaust fan and corresponding components, and all labor and materials.

An extra $99 will be add for exhaust vent on the roof or any place on the side of the house above the 13 feet from the ground

For example, an exhaust pipe that is on the roof or side of the house but more than 13 feet above the ground will cost $248

We can remove inactive birds nest for an additional charge.*

SPECIAL ADDITIONS

Any job that requires sheet rock work or a replace the duct will be priced on the site.

A dryer vent that requires disassembly in crawl space will be priced on the site.

Any wood vent that required special opening with a razor knife will be cost $10 for each vent we open. Also, the company not going to be responsible for any damage occurred from the opening.
