I always remind myself to focus on what is important- there will always be gossip in the work place from folks that need to boost themselves up. I stick to a hard and fast rule, if it is not my news I dont share it- it might be good to remind the person gossiping about you that you dont appreciate what they have done ( and it really is none of their business, doesnt speak to your character or who you are as a person- you dont go around saying so and so is straight) and then be done with them-life is too short to hang out with folks that dont have your back.
Peel away the layers of people in your world and find your true family of friends- they are out there- the gossip isnt about you at all, its about some ( the gossiper) and how they feel about themselves- people that have full lives dont talk smack!

There are a lot of nuances that are constantly changing and it is good to know what you can expect when you are purchasing a home. It's a stressful process but knowing the steps and how we work together as a team can also make it fun.
