About Us

I have been in the real estate valuation practice for more than 45 years. I have valued properties from as small as a cemetery plot to office buildings, shopping centers and large industrial complexes.
I am a certified tax assessor, and serve in three towns, and have both the General Real Estate license (#242) and a senior IFAS designation. More recently I have been awarded the ASA-Real Property designation.

How We Got Started

After more than 10 years of practice, working with other appraisers, I chose to go out on my own. I opened my practice about 10 days before the 1987 stock market crash, over 32 years ago.
