My business is Inspection of homes.  I am known (M O)  for being a very thorough Inspector.  I have have had very few complaints (less than a hand full) over the 17 yrs of doing Home Inspections.  This is well over a thousand Inspections in Sedona, Verde Valley, Prescott and Flagstaff areas.  My construction experience of homes is extensive in Nevada City/Grass Valley area of California, as well as  Albq./Sante Fe areas of New Mexico....before moving to Sedona area in 1996.  I did mostly re-model work in Sedona before becoming a Home Inspector in 2003.  

I am very patient explaining the potential concerns of a home with buyers of homes as well as  for sellers who may be do a pre-sale inspection of their home. 

My Inspection report is concise and clear.....with clear photos of the potential concerns of the home or the perhaps the good condition of some items not easy seen for a buyer such as the condition of roof system or inside of the electrical panel.
