Nature’s Wonderland Carvings
I am a chainsaw artist in The Great Smoky Mountains . I do a lot of fairs, festivals, and custom work. If you can imagine it, we can do it. I have been carving for just over 6 years. I started doing competitions this year and I am the award-winning Champion of Master of the Chainsaw for 2022. I currently do carving part-time and work a full-time job as a superintendent for a grading company. My passion lies with Chainsaw Carving and my goal is to become a full-time artist.
How I got started in this was back in 2011. I lost my dad when he was only 47 years old then nine months later March 2012, my 22 year old baby brother overdosed and passed away. All I had lost in a short amount of time I needed a go to, and Chainsaw Carving became therapeutic. I was only able to carve for about three months and then work took me out of town until 2017 when I was able to return and do it again since then I have made a successful business out of something I love to do. I have gotten to travel all over the East Coast sharing my art with others, and I am excited to continue doing so.
