With over 33 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, Luks Claim Solutions specializes in offering expert estimating and supplementing services for contractors (residential and commercial) dealing with insurance-related projects. Additionally, we extend these services to contractors working with self-pay customers, ensuring comprehensive support for all types of losses and projects.
We also provide supplementing and claim management services for contractors (large and small) whose primary business is insurance restoration. We specialize in estimating, supplementing, and managing contractors' insurance claims business, for those who don't have a desire or the resources to hire an in-house expert. We take care of your customers' claim processing so you can focus on selling your services.
Our estimating services are provided for most insurance-related cases, including mitigation, mold remediation, structural damage, roofing, siding, interior, pack outs, as well as contents cleaning.
We are a family business. Our staff consists of myself and my two sons. All of our services are provided within a remote environment. Currently, we have partners/customers in CO, GA, KS, MD, MN, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, and VA.
We are not licensed public adjusters. We are not able to negotiate or discuss policy language or coverages with insurance carriers. We specialize in documenting and discussing the technical aspects of construction projects and insurance-related repairs (i.e. scope of damages, causation, methods of repair, material/labor pricing, and the application of local building codes). This primary estimating software used by are staff is Xactimate.
I spent almost 26 years as a field/CAT claims adjuster with a large, national carrier. Most of that time was spent physically inspecting homes and businesses with respect to all types of insurance-related losses, such as water, fire, smoke, ice, wind, and hail, for damages to both structure and personal property.
Approximately 7 years ago I left my staff adjuster position and started my own operation doing essentially the same work, but for contractors and public adjusters. However, I do still occasionally provide my services to insurance carriers and independent adjusters who need assistance with estimates.
In the last 3 years I have brought my two sons into the fold to learn the business and to assist with estimate writing. This has allowed us to grow and take on more customers. We are always looking to develop relationships with new organizations who can benefit from our services.
