River Watch Beef, LLC was founded in 2016 with a mission to deliver 100% Natural grass-fed beef direct to your door. Our beef is sustainable, pasture-raised and free range.

NO Hormones, NO GMOs, NO antibiotic-laced feed, NO BS.

We work directly with a USDA-certified processor to dry-age (21 days) and package individual cuts.

Since 2007, our family has raised quality Grass Fed Beef. Each year, we’d process an animal for our family and friends. Folks really loved the beef and would tell their friends. In a few short years, more and more people were inquiring how to purchase our beef. In late 2016, we established River Watch Beef (based in Kansas City) to deliver our all-natural Grass Fed Beef direct to your door.

We’re different versus most beef you will find at the grocery store. River Watch Grass Fed Beef is sustainably-raised (free range) on nutritious natural and native grasses in Colorado and Kansas. We process our Grass Fed Beef in ‘small batches’ and take an artisan approach to dry age (21 days) and hand butcher eat cut.
