We are a Shelton Washington based business, family owned and operated since 1950's. We own and operate 9 Self Storage Facilities in Mason County. We also own and oversee 60 residential rentals in the Shelton area along with numerous Commercial office and Commercial Service Properties.

We are a third generation family operation that started in Mason County in the early 30's and since have owned and operated numerous business's over the year. Fox Milling, Fox Logging, Home Title Company, Washington Contract Services and our family currently owns and operates Contract Equities, Sentry Mini Storage, Gedora Leasing Co, Gedora Business Co and Shelton Laundry & Cleaners.
