About Us
In July of 2020 new owners/publishers Harriet & Steve Pearson printed the first edition under their direction. In the following months, The Observer has evolved to include more local events, information, and articles. Also, The Pearsons have been expanding distribution throughout Jefferson County. Our November and December issues will be mailed to 16, 000+ households and businesses in Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Kearneysville, Ranson, Shenandoah Junction, and Shepherdstown zip codes.
The Observer is still committed to bringing the residents and visitors of Jefferson County, WV, the Eastern Panhandle, and beyond, engaging, impactful columns and stories as well as the community information they need.
