About Us
Reverse Mortgages (HECM) Home Equity Conversion Mortgage; were designed by HUD for homeowners age 62 and older. This allows these homeowners to convert the equity in their property to cash to use for any thing they want and never have a payment until they leave the home.
How We Got Started
Began doing reverse mortgages in 2002. Heard my senior clients talking more and more about financial difficulties. They needed to be rid of debt and needed more monthly income. Quite often a reverse mortgage was the solution.

I could get lengthy here but I am not. It all comes down to taking personal accountability. Are you making the best use of your time every day and so on? It's true. You reap what you sow.
Walking and talking as I call it. Good old door knocking cold calling, businesses. Used to be those businesses that were prospective clients that could use my services. Nowadays it's synergy partners that can refer potential clients to me. Still works. Be friendly, courteous, and considerate.

If you are a Forward mortgage officer, you will need a strong referral from someone you have worked with prior. Tough group to work with for me. Good luck.
