(more) There is a real concern with zoom fatigue right now; strengthening relationships, partnerships and collaboration requires ongoing commitment...  It has been beneficial to have the online ability to continue our programs and network and yet we need to be intentional with our own mental health in the midst of maintaining our relationships and building new partnerships.  As PEP is doing virtual meetings, we are recognizing the value of continuing using this platform and yet are also letting our families know that, during the meeting, it is ok to take a "video" break and pause to "regroup" during the time we have together without any judgement (to be mindful of respecting each others space and fatigue)   To show each other compassion and understanding within the "virtual" meeting to take breaks just like we would if it was a "in person" meeting..
