I am one of those long term loyal clients you met you back to the marine bank to bank 1 and the Chase Bank from the seventies until now and have not binked in terms of staying with them because I believe that the loyalty I showed would be rewarded. Based on the facts that you've presented that appears not to be the case
Having lead the boards of a few nonprofits and created a new one in the last year I can tell you the three big issues for the needy are Cash to pay rent,etc, Food and clothing.

Depends on your defination of success. I my case I hvae not set a specific goal other than to keep going until I am not enjoying it as much as I do now.
