Northland Appraisal provides residential appraisal services including valuations, reviews and consulting. Patrick Grengs, SRA, AI-RRS is our Chief Appraiser with over 40 years of experience. Our team is knowledgeable of our market area and produce supported and credible appraisal reports.
Northland Appraisal currently serves the counties of Beltrami, Cass, Crow Wing and Hubbard in northern Minnesota.

I can work through them for the most part but they take a huge amount of my time. Often, I get conflicting answers from government agencies and/or HR experts. So, you think you are complying and could find out you're not.
