Long story. Went to NY Fashion Institute. Came home all sewing manufacturing business left and went south. Ended up in para military occupation, ie security guard, private investigations, Correctional officer. But my love is sewing, crafting etc. In corrections, I was in industries as Supervisor 2 training inmates how to sew and ran production. After years there, decided I had enough of the staff, took my little pension and started my own small business making prototypes. One day Yale University called about pennants. Got the large order. He referred me to another college, filled that order. Son told me to build a website. I did. Son told me how to market. I did. And here I am. Not making a million, but able to do what I love while making the same salary I was making in corrections... without all the stress of the correctional staff. LOL.
