Don’t just buy a policy and forget about it... work with an agent that will review your policy each year and make sure you are aware of new products or endorsements designed to fill in any gaps in coverage. Remember, flood insurance is not part of your home insurance policy. Consider purchasing...

Don’t just buy a policy and forget about it... work with an agent that will review your policy each year and make sure you are aware of new products or endorsements designed to fill in any gaps in coverage. Remember, flood insurance is not part of your home insurance policy. Consider purchasing flood coverage even if your home is not in a flood zone. Also, consider purchasing a personal umbrella policy which extends your protection over and above your underlying limits.
