"Brian and his son are very thorough. Their prices are reasonable. They arrive early and take their time to inspect everything. They then explain any issues to my clients and me. The inspection report always highlight the major issues that need to be addressed by the teller before closing. Brian and Eric will return to make sure the repairs are up to code."

Unless they call or text to say they are running late, I give 15 minutes. I then send a text or email saying I am leaving and sorry we missed each other.

I agree with most of the previous comments. In every office, there are some very unhappy people. The only way they can make themselves feel better is by making someone else miserable. Take the high road. Don't let their childish/immature talk/attitudes bother you at all. Just brush it off. Let...

Take the high road. Don't let their childish/immature talk/attitudes bother you at all. Just brush it off. Let them wallow in their sad, miserable lives. The best revenge is to kill them with kindness, work professionalism and an I am proud of who I am attitude. Don't worry, they will move on to another victim as soon as they realize they did not have the effect on you they were going for. If you do any complaining, complain to people you trust and your partner. Plus, people like this HATE to be ignored. Ignore their ignorance.

Lazy, entitled employees who think it is OK to expect other employees do, their work, make all the decisions for their work, while they do nothing. Also, employees who try to blame other employees for their assignment mistakes even though the other employee has nothing to do with the assignment.
One employee constantly dumped her work on another employee while she did work for other departments or studied French on her computer. The other departments did not ask for and did not want her help. She was friends with her supervisor so she could do as she pleased.
Another employee who was always asking questions of everyone else to the simplest problems because he did not want to be responsible for making any decisions. Then, if something went wrong with the assignment (such as being late), he blamed the person who answered his questions even though the answers had nothing to do with the assignment being late. He was blaming other employees for his mistakes/tardiness months after they had moved on to other positions.
The solution: Pay close attention and try to weed out these employees during the probation period.
