I do not sell anything but my tax service but would create something if a group wanted it. - the rules of the economy are changing and the old way of thinking of housing or real estate must change.  In addition, we do not know how a new administration will change the tax code.  The Trump era tax cuts are sunsetting and all of this is up in the air.  Also, people need to be aware of schemes that solicit our attention - but open to methods of doing things differently.
