The Smart Gardening Program is design to teach everyone, young and old, how to recycle your everyday kitchen scrapes and household organics into organic fertilizer, herbicide and pesticide to use in your yard and gardens, to be sustainable in growing your own fruits and vegetables (15 to 40% increase), instead of filling up the landfills. By 2025, all municipalities in the State of California must obtain a 75% reduction in waste being sent to the landfills. Our goal is to help obtain the 75% reduction by educating everyone on how to recycle organics. Experienced instructors conduct weekend workshops or special requested events for environmentally and sustainability minded groups and organic gardeners. After attending a workshop there are tools and supplies necessary to help home owners and gardeners get started. Tools like, compost bins, vermi-compost bins, coconut coir, worm tea, worm castings and worms. All available for purchase to give you the organic tools you need to build and maintain a organic yard and garden. Come experience what nature has prepare for you and your yards to help keep them green and growing without the use chemicals, this can even reduce your risk of cancer from chemicals used in your yards!

The Smart Gardening USA Program will also attend Regional and Community events upon request, to get out information, times and locations on the Program.
