continuing.... I would look into setting up a delivery service with an Uber or Grub hub. One pickup location for 4-5 brands delivering to where the trucks are not going that day. A variation on the Ghost Kitchen concept. The delivery services love it because of the efficiency of one pickup location. The trucks spread their Brand to other areas and increase their sales. The delivery services already have the websites and software in play. Negotiate with the delivery services as a group for better % rates as well as going to suppliers for better group rates. Distributors can't fine warehouse workers or drivers now a days, so they would be saving money to drop ship to a Group - sort of like picking up a chain as new business. You get your rent and perhaps a % of the take. Everyone is a winner. thanks for listening
