How We Got Started
S&TI was initially formed to provide Sales Training Services for a former employer of its Managing Principal. Over time, and in our efforts to best serve our Clients, S&TI has added Sales Management Consulting and Contract Sales and Business Development solutions to our repertoire.

I usually offer a sliding referral fee that is dependent upon the size and duration of the sale that ultimately results from the referral. The larger the deal, the larger the referral fee. In the case of our Wi-Fi powered Smart Email Marketing solutions, if the referral leads to a closed sale involving a restaurant, bar, cafe, or auto spa/car wash, for example, I usually also offer to treat the Referrer to a drink or a meal, or a complimentary car wash at that establishment so they can actually see how my solution works in practice. I've found that this helps to garner future referrals -- those who refer people to you actually become familiar with, champions of and advocates for your solution. AND it provides more business for the restaurant, bar, cafe, auto spa/car wash, etc., where my solution is installed -- and we business owners welcome additional business!
