Hi, I’m Jeannine Warrick, Founder of JL Administrative Services, LLC.

We help businesses and nonprofits grow with structure, clarity, and confidence.

Our primary focus is Business Plan development and Grant Writing services for organizations preparing to pursue funding. From readiness review to research, writing, and submission support, we ensure your documentation is organized and positioned for opportunity.

In addition to funding support, we also provide:

How We Got Started

After being laid off in 2009, I founded JL Administrative Services, LLC, turning a setback into an opportunity to help others build sustainable businesses.

With a background in commercial construction and administrative support, I began by helping contractors and service-based businesses manage operations and stay organized.

As my clients grew, so did their needs. Many weren’t just overwhelmed — they needed structure, clarity, and stronger documentation to position themselves for funding and long-term growth.

Over time, my services expanded to include Business Plans and Grant Writing, as well as strategic support services to help business owners build a solid foundation.

Today, while we still offer select business support services, our primary focus is helping businesses and nonprofits prepare for funding through professional business planning and grant writing.

If you're curious but haven't had the chance to explore ChatGPT yet, don't worry – you're not alone. It's always a good idea to take the time to learn more about a technology before diving in. Click that button, and it will bring you to a page that says See your existing referral opportunities. Click More Options, and it will reveal a list of... (more) Hi Valerie! Click that button, and it will bring you to a page that says See your existing referral opportunities. Click More Options, and it will reveal a list of icons you could select to invite your client. If none are good options for you, see the envelope icon. If you choose that one, you can enter your client's email and click Send Invites.
